V-OS is a wiki site.

This site hosts a collection of my multimedia projects along with some personal writing relating to the more abstract aspects of my processes. It's structured like a wiki, where each page links to other relevant projects, building an interconnected network that's fun to navigate and get lost browsing. Currently, it holds 63 pages.

This format and design was inspired by the personal websites of members of Merveilles.

V-OS was originally made using Purity, a PHP-based wiki authoring engine. It's since been simplified into a statically generated website, as a result of my efforts to maximize simplicity in my software. Its code is available here.

Purity is an authoring engine that used to act as the backend of V-OS.

Here's V-OS in its infancy.

V-OS is also the host for VOIDNET, the narrative counterpart to this site.

VOIDNET is a wiki of narratives.

Around half of V-OS used to be narrative pages which explored the stories that both inspired and were inspired by much of the media projects here. As the narratives grew it became too difficult to navigate. The previously dozen navigation pages were simplified down to a more streamlined experience, and the narratives were moved to VOIDNET where they now continue to evolve.
